Please check your delivery address thoroughly before checking out.
All orders will be sent as simple letter mail (without a tracking number) since the items are mostly small and/or flat. This way I can offer the most affordable shipping option to all of you. If you like, you can upgrade to "Tracked Shipping" at the checkout to get a tracking number so you can follow your order's journey. Due to the upcoming holiday season, there may be some delays in the shipping delivery times. Orders may take longer than normal to arrive due to the workload of different shipping providers.
When will my orders ship?
All orders are shipped out within 2 - 4 business days from the purchase date. Depending on the number of orders that come in, they can be sent out a day later. Since I make, pack, and ship everything myself, please be patient as I fulfill your orders and make sure they are packaged well and safe.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- For domestic orders (Latvia) it will take approx. 3 - 5 business days. If you choose Omniva or DPD shipping (via parcel locker) orders take approx. 2 - 4 days to arrive after dispatch.
- For international orders, please give 10 - 15 business days (about 7-10 business days if you are in the EU) after dispatch. It will most likely arrive sooner, but there have been shipping delays that are not in my control. Please be patient. The closer you are to Latvia, the sooner you will get your order.
Do I have to pay international customs fees/taxes/duties?
Most of the packages clear customs fines, but there can be times when you will be asked to pay customs fees. The amount differs for each country, but it should not be very high. I am not responsible for any customs fees/duties/taxes. This is the buyer's responsibility!
If you are from the EU or UK, you will be required to pay Value Added Tax (VAT) regardless of the weight or value of your order.
By purchasing from this shop, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your responsibility.
Where do you ship?
Currently, I ship to Latvia, Finland, France, Germany, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, UK, USA & others!
Can I cancel my order & get a refund?
If you would like to cancel your order, please let me know about it as soon as possible (within 1 day). If the order hasn't been dispatched, I can cancel your order and send you a refund. If the order has been already dispatched, I will not be able to cancel your order and offer a refund.
Can I return/exchange my order?
I do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. If an item goes missing in transit, I may be able to replace the item on a case-by-case basis, but I don’t offer refunds in these situations since it’s out of our control.
